AUS Hearts is a research initiative dedicated to improving blood pressure management across regional, rural and remote NSW. The project needed a brand that could build trust, communicate hope, and engage communities while aligning with major healthcare partners like the University of Sydney, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, and multiple Local Health Districts. The refreshed identity positions AUS Hearts as credible, approachable, and capable of driving meaningful impact in regional healthcare.
The new visual identity draws on regional Australian values of connection, community and quality care. Heart and horizon imagery, combined with clean typography and a warm, confident colour palette, communicates optimism and stronger cardiovascular outcomes. A flexible system of lockups, patterns and colourways ensures the brand works seamlessly across research documents, community communications and partner channels. The cohesive identity strengthens recognition, builds trust, and empowers the AUS Hearts team to communicate effectively and inspire engagement across diverse regional communities.
